We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading. Only include sections where posting has real specific content. We have: - About the role: The "ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY" section describes role. So we can put that under About the role. - Responsibilities: "ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES" list. - Requirements: "MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS" list. - Qualifications: Possibly overlapping with requirements; but we can treat "MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS" as Requirements; maybe also "Qualifications" could be same? But we should not duplicate. The instruction: Use headings for those categories if content exists. We have content for Requirements (minimum requirements). Also we have "Additional relevant, equivalent experience can substitute for an advanced degree." That's part of requirements. Also we have "Candidates whose experience exceeds the minimum requirements will be given particular consideration for a higher placement within the salary range:" with specific years. That could be under Qualifications? Might be better to put under Requirements as well. But we need separate sections if content distinct. We have "PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS" maybe could be under Requirements? But it's separate. However we only create sections for headings listed; we could create a "Requirements" section that includes both minimum requirements and physical requirements? Might be okay. We have "Benefits": there is a BENEFITS section: "RWJF offers comprehensive health and retirement benefits to employees, generous paid time off, and more. Why work at RWJF? Learn more about the benefits of working at RWJF. TRANSITION STIPEND A transition stipend is provided to all new hires to aid in costs related to transitioning to a new job." So we have benefits content. Pay: "SALARY The non-negotiable starting salary for this position is $140,700. Candidates who the Foundation determines have directly related experience exceeding the minimum requirements outlined above may be provided a higher starting salary of up to $154,770. All salary offers are non-negotiable." Schedule: There's hybrid flexible purpose explanation. That's about schedule/working arrangement. So we can include Schedule section with that content. We should not include sections like Skills if not explicit. There's no separate skills list; but we could embed skills within requirements. Probably better to omit Skills heading. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, E-Verify, application instructions, etc. Also remove "HOW TO APPLY", "APPLICATION DEADLINE", "E-VERIFY AND EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILTY", etc. Also remove "POSITION’S ASSIGNED OFFICE LOCATION" maybe? That's location info; could be part of About the role? But we might keep location as part of About the role? The instruction: do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Location could be minor metadata; we could include a short p under About the role. But we have separate "POSITION’S ASSIGNED OFFICE LOCATION" and "HYBRID: FLEXIBLE PURPOSE (HFP) EXPLAINED". The hybrid explanation is schedule; we can put under Schedule. We should preserve all substantive information. So include location maybe as a paragraph under About the role. Let's extract content: About the role: The paragraph after "ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY" up to before "ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES". Let's capture: "Reporting to the director, Communications Grantmaking, the program officer (PO), Media Partnerships, is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of initiatives that advance the Foundation’s strategic goals. The PO will synthesize information, build relationships with external partners, and apply equity principles to ensure equitable grantmaking processes. They will collaborate with various departments including Research, Evaluation and Learning, Communications, Policy, New Jersey, Law legal, and Finance to assess the impact of grantmaking and contribute to strategic and operational improvements. RWJF has redesigned its Communications department around three integrated teams: Voice Strategy sets direction, the Communications Studio brings that strategy to life, and Operations provides the infrastructure that enables the work. The PO role sits within the Voice Strategy team. As with staff at all levels of RWJF, the program officer is expected to demonstrate a passionate commitment to equity and to the Foundation’s mission and Guiding Principles. RWJF is an institution in transformation. We are redefining our long-term outcomes with communities at the center and reexamining foundational questions about how and where we work. Successful candidates will bring a track record of navigating organizations under transformation: creating clarity while new structures settle, earning trust across teams absorbing change, holding standards when the ground is shifting, and helping institutions tell the truth about themselves as they pursue their mission with confidence." We can also include location: "POSITION’S ASSIGNED OFFICE LOCATIONThis position is assigned to our Princeton, N.J. office." Could be a short p. Responsibilities: list items from "ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES". Each starts with a verb. We'll put each as

  • . Requirements: "MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS" list items. Also include physical requirements? Could be separate but we can incorporate under Requirements as a paragraph. Qualifications: maybe we can treat the "Candidates whose experience exceeds the minimum requirements will be given particular consideration for a higher placement within the salary range:" as Qualifications? But it's about experience leading to higher salary. Might be better to put under Requirements as additional note. But we have no separate qualifications beyond requirements. Could omit Qualifications heading. Skills: not explicit. Benefits: content from BENEFITS and TRANSITION STIPEND. Pay: SALARY section. Schedule: HYBRID: FLEXIBLE PURPOSE (HFP) EXPLAINED paragraph. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML:
