About the role

Appropriately directs all calls from both inside and outside John Muir Health Walnut Creek and Concord Campuses in a courteous, prompt manner. Responds in accordance with hospital and department guidelines and procedures to both medical center codes and emergency situations.

Requirements

• Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent Preferred
• Experience: 6 Months Clerical - Communications Clerk Required or Equivalent
• Medical Environment Preferred

Skills

• Basic computer and typing skills are required.
• Variable will depend on business demands.
• Availability to work variable days and shifts including weekends is required.

Pay

Pay Range: $27.03 - $36.50 Hourly
