Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute communication and change management strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Support technology implementations, operational improvements, and customer-focused programs.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses.
  • Identify communication risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Drive employee awareness, readiness, adoption, and engagement initiatives.
  • Create communications across multiple channels including: Email campaigns, SharePoint Intranet, Web content, Social media, Executive presentations, FAQs, Communication toolkits, Leader talking points, Employee readiness materials.
  • Manage communication calendars and ensure consistent enterprise messaging.
  • Partner with project managers, business leaders, SMEs, and training teams.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communication planning sessions.
  • Support leadership engagement and Change Champion programs.
  • Act as a trusted communications advisor across multiple initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement campaigns and adoption initiatives.
  • Capture employee feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Promote organizational readiness during business transformation efforts.
  • Track communication effectiveness using dashboards and reports.
  • Monitor stakeholder engagement metrics and adoption results.
  • Recommend continuous improvements based on communication analytics.
  • Capture lessons learned and improve future communication strategies.
  • Support leadership meetings, town halls, employee forums, and stakeholder briefings.
  • Prepare presentations, messaging, and communication materials.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops when required.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Marketing Communications, Change Management, Employee Engagement.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology or business transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication planning skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience developing executive communications, FAQs, presentations, and communication toolkits.
  • Experience creating content for SharePoint, intranet, email campaigns, and digital communication channels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
