About the role
Anchor QEA is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Client Experience team. This role is responsible for advancing and delivering strategic marketing communications initiatives that strengthen Anchor QEA’s brand and engage key audiences across digital, social, and earned media channels.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and implement a cohesive social media and digital content strategy through LinkedIn and Instagram, aligned with Anchor QEA’s brand voice, tone, and mission.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts (text, graphic, and preferably video) on social channels.
- Curate content from subject-matter experts and internal staff teams.
- Develop long-form articles and project stories highlighting the firm’s technical expertise in a clear, engaging way for external publication.
- Draft press releases and media advisories that accurately and consistently communicate project wins, milestones, and company announcements.
- Track and analyze social media metrics and web analytics, translating data into insights and routine reports, and recommend optimizations to increase reach and engagement.
- Create basic graphic and/or video content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, assisting internal or external designers in producing visually appealing content.
- Maintain a high level of quality, brand integrity, and compliance with content usage rights and copyright rules while managing content across all channels concurrently.
- Collaborate with marketing specialists, Market Sector Leads, proposal managers, graphic designers, event producers, technical editors, and internal staff teams to develop coordinated, client-focused communications and marketing deliverables.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of professional marketing or communication experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with marketing software/tools; HubSpot experience highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience and initiative collaborating cross-functionally.
- Basic graphic and/or video content creation experience using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Skills
- Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
Salary Range: $88,000-$104,000 Annual Bonus
