About the role
As the Communications Manager at Woven Capital, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy to enhance brand awareness and investor relations. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead all aspects of internal and external communications, including press releases, investor presentations, and media outreach.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic communications plan that aligns with Woven Capital’s business objectives.
- Manage the company’s public relations efforts, including media relations, crisis management, and media training for executives.
- Create and maintain high-quality content for various channels such as the company website, social media platforms, and investor reports.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Oversee the production and distribution of investor presentations and other materials.
- Manage media inquiries and respond to media requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop and execute investor relations strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a communications or marketing role, preferably in a financial services or technology industry.
- Proven track record of successful media relations and crisis management.
- Experience managing investor relations and creating compelling investor presentations.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment products is a plus.
