Communications Manager, Woven Capital

About the role

The Communications Manager will lead all aspects of the organization's external communications, including investor relations, media outreach, and public relations efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies to maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and other stakeholders.
• Manage media relations, including press releases, media interviews, and crisis management.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of internal and external communications materials, such as newsletters, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic communications decisions.
• Manage the organization’s social media presence and engage with key audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in communications, preferably in a financial services or investment management context.
• Proven track record of successful investor relations and media relations.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce compelling content for various audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Experience managing social media campaigns and understanding digital marketing principles.
