Communications Coordinator

Dinamic AS Group has an opening for a Communications Coordinator within its premium travel planning, private experiences, customer communication, trip coordination, and travel sales. The position is full time and 100% remote, open to candidates throughout the United States.

About the role

As the Communications Coordinator, you will plan, draft, coordinate, and distribute clear internal and external communications across approved channels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication calendars, message briefs, distribution lists, deadlines, approvals, and final versions.
• Draft and edit announcements, updates, newsletters, email communications, web copy, or stakeholder materials as assigned.
• Coordinate reviews with subject-matter experts, managers, clients, or other stakeholders before distribution.
• Proofread communications for accuracy, tone, grammar, links, formatting, and consistency with approved messaging.
• Publish or distribute approved communications and maintain organized records of final versions and updates.
• Track basic communication engagement or response information and prepare recurring summaries when requested.

Requirements

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and stakeholder-communication skills.
• Comfort using email, word-processing, CMS, collaboration, spreadsheet, and project-management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple communication deadlines and incorporate feedback accurately.
• Good judgment about tone, audience, confidentiality, and source accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and version-control discipline.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$75,500 - $84,000 per year
