Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email communications
- Aid in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Prepare and organize customer correspondence and documentation
- Maintain accurate communication records
- Cook up information between customers and internal departments
- Support general administrative and office functions
- Contribute to a positive customer experience through professional communication
Minimum requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus but not required
