The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. Let me analyze the content and apply the rules. Rules: - Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) - Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose - Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) - Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it - Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail - Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions - Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") - Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them - Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones - Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Now, let me parse the job posting: 1. Company intro: "MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking an experienced Communication Systems Technician II in the Morrisville, NC area to support our fast-growing MSS division. MCA seeks team members who share our values: service, growth, teamwork, and safety. As a Military Friendly Employer, we welcome veterans, with over 250 already on board. Join us and become part of the MCA family, where we prioritize both work and enjoyment. We offer competitive compensation and benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Holiday Pay, Education Incentives, and more." 2. "WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:" - list of duties 3. "WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:" - list of requirements/qualifications 4. "YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:" - physical requirements and environment 5. "TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:" - travel 6. "DIRECT REPORTS:" - no direct reports 7. "Who We Are" - company description 8. "What We Believe" - values/culture 9. NOTE and EEO statement - boilerplate to remove Sections to create: - About the role / Overview (company intro, location, division) - Responsibilities (WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING) - Requirements / Qualifications (WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM) - Physical Requirements / Work Environment (YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS) - Travel Requirements - Reporting Structure (DIRECT REPORTS) - About the Company (Who We Are) - Culture / Values (What We Believe) - Benefits (mentioned in intro: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Holiday Pay, Education Incentives) But note: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting states benefits: "We offer competitive compensation and benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Holiday Pay, Education Incentives, and more." So we can include a Benefits section. Schedule: "First shift hours Monday – Friday, with occasional 2nd or 3rd shift and weekends depending on project schedules." That's schedule info. Could include in a Schedule section or fold into Work Environment. The rule says use

for Schedule if present. I'll include a Schedule section. Pay: "competitive compensation" but no specifics. The rule says never create Pay section unless posting actually states them. "competitive compensation" is vague, but it's stated. However, "commensurate with experience" is filler. The posting says "We offer competitive compensation and benefits such as..." It doesn't give a range. I think we should not create a Pay section because it's not specific. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It states benefits, so Benefits section okay. It states schedule (first shift hours...), so Schedule section okay. Pay is vague, so skip. Now, structure: -

    About the Role

with prose about company, location, division, values, military friendly. -

    Responsibilities

    with
    • for each bullet. -

      Requirements

      with
      • for each bullet. -

        Physical Requirements & Work Environment

with prose and maybe list? The physical requirements are a long paragraph. Could break into list items? The rule: use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. The physical requirements are a list of physical demands. Could be a list. But it's written as a paragraph. I'll keep as prose but maybe break into list for readability? The rule says use

          • for any list. The posting doesn't use bullet points there; it's a paragraph. I'll keep as

but could also split into list items. I'll keep as prose to preserve original structure. -

            Travel Requirements

            with prose. -

            Reporting Structure

with prose (No Direct Reports). -

            Schedule

with prose (First shift hours...). -

            Benefits

            with
            • for each benefit. -

              About the Company

              with prose. -

              Culture & Values

with prose. Remove the NOTE and EEO boilerplate. Also, the job title "Communication Systems Technician II" should not be a heading. The location "Morrisville, NC" can be in About the Role. Now, write HTML. Let's draft:
