QUALIFICATIONS

• Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
• A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be two years of progressively responsible technical or paraprofessional experience with at least one year performing increasingly more complex assignments requiring knowledge of basic personnel, accounting, budget, and purchasing principles; and responsibility for report writing, research techniques, and/or contract monitoring.
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in public or business administration, economics, accounting, personnel, or a closely related field.
• Additional qualifying experience may substitute for the education on a year for year basis.
• Possession of a valid California Class C Driver's License at the time of appointment.
