Responsibilities
- Cook up and distribute communication activities linked to system-triggered Fire Alarms or potential fire scenarios, like smoke reports or gas smells.
- Handle and relay passenger and airport injury incidents.
- Monitor and manage FIKE, Metasys (escalators), and BMS systems.
- Coordinate responses to system-related issues such as fire alarms or escalator/elevator problems.
- Take and relay phone and radio communications to the right people to solve issues quickly.
- Enter and log necessary data and communications into EAMS and the Supervisor Shift Log.
- Manage and release lost and found items outside of regular business hours according to AATC's policies.
- Issue and log operational keys to those who need them.
- Support process improvements by studying and reporting on areas needing correction.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security procedures and report any issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and other AATC team members.
- Review and improve services provided by AATC partners to meet contract standards.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance checks and other activities in AATC parking lots and other oversight areas.
- Address customer requests through coordination with concessions, partners, and maintenance services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a call center/dispatch setting.
- Able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Pass background check with a 10-year fingerprint search.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk throughout the airport environment.
