Common Cloud Environment (C2E) Support Lead w/Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of a multidisciplinary team including Cloud Architects, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Technical Project Managers.
Manage the implementation, administration, and support of customer projects within AWS and Azure cloud environments under the C2E initiative.
Serve as the primary liaison between the Services Management Division and C2E customers on operational matters.
Review and approve Service Level Agreements (SLAs), addendums, and cost estimates for cloud-based customer projects.
Ensure customer satisfaction by fostering strong relationships and maintaining professional communications with clients and stakeholders.
Offer technical and professional guidance aligned with the team’s respective roles and areas of expertise.
Cookordination across teams to ensure timely and successful execution of multiple large-scale projects.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related technical or scientific discipline.
- Proven ability to manage and lead cloud-focused project teams in complex IT environments.
- Experience managing multiple large-scale cloud or IT infrastructure projects.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with demonstrated client-facing experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments, including the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations.
- Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAWIA Level III in Program Management.
- Secret – IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive Clearance or Tier 3 (T3) investigation.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience managing application development projects.

Wage Information
Target salary range: $160,000 - $210,000.
