Common Cloud Environment (C2E) Support Lead
About the role
CGI Federal is seeking a Common Cloud Environment Support Lead to support the Army's PL ALTESS contract. This role supports ALTESS, a U.S. Army organization delivering IT services and support to the Army and Department of Defense.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of Cloud Architects, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Technical Project Managers implementing, managing, and administering C2E customer projects in AWS/Azure environments.
- Review SLAs, Addendums, and cost estimates for customer projects.
- Represent and liaise with C2E customers on operational matters and provide technical/professional guidance.
Requirements
- Experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.
- Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAWIA Level III in Program Management.
- DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Ability to relate professionally to customers.
- Active DoD Secret security clearance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple large-scale projects.
Desired qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical/business discipline or equivalent years of experience managing application development projects.
- Experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $100,800.00 - $198,400.00.
