We are seeking a Commodity Manager to lead category strategy, sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and supplier management for indirect materials and services. This role is responsible for delivering cost savings, reducing supply risk, improving supplier performance, and supporting long-term business objectives through strategic procurement practices.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies for assigned indirect spend categories.
- Lead RFPs, RFQs, contract negotiations, and supplier selection activities.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance scorecards, and quarterly business reviews.
- Serve as the escalation point for supplier performance, delivery, quality, and contract issues.
- Collaborate with legal and business teams to negotiate and manage supplier agreements.
- Utilize spend analytics and market intelligence to support procurement decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, service, quality, and working capital.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or category management experience.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or related advanced degree.
- Experience in indirect procurement and category management.
- International sourcing experience.
- CPM, CPSM, or similar procurement certification.
- Manufacturing or industrial industry experience.

Pay
