Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative commodity strategies that align supplier capabilities with Intel's business objectives and technology roadmaps.
  • Drive supplier development through collaboration and innovation to provide sustainable, high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of industry dynamics and market trends to proactively address upcoming supply chain needs.
  • Negotiate contracts that ensure predictable cost, quality, availability, and technology solutions while adhering to procurement policies.
  • Manage supplier relationships to align with Intel's goals, including risk mitigation, cost reduction, and supplier performance improvement.
  • Lead periodic reviews of commodity sourcing strategies, adjusting to market conditions and business needs to ensure continuity and competitive advantage.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including finance and legal, to address commercial and contractual issues with suppliers.
  • Support sustainability and regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring supplier adherence to Intel's standards.
  • Conduct analyses and provide insights to support critical decision-making, negotiations, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Art and Science, or a related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related area.
  • Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of Intel's global supply chain methodologies, systems, and capacity planning. Familiarity with sourcing and inventory management tools and processes. Proven expertise in supplier relationship management, financial analysis, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation strategies. Strong proficiency in data analysis and market intelligence to support strategic sourcing decisions. Experience working with cross-functional teams to address supply chain challenges and optimize solutions.

Pay

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $107,990.00 - 152,460.00 USD
