Commissioning Tech II
for section headings. Do not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we must strip out the EEO statements, scam warning, accessibility note, etc. Also remove "Position may be subject to pre-employment screening..." maybe considered boilerplate? It's about hiring process; maybe keep? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The pre-employment screening line is not exactly EEO but could be considered legal boilerplate. Safer to remove it. Also remove "Accessibility: If you need accommodation..." etc. Also remove "Due to the high volume..." etc. Also remove "MasTec, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove "Disclaimer: MasTec and our Subsidiaries will never ask prospective employees..." etc. Also remove "Service Line ICL-IEA Constructors, LLC" maybe not needed but could be considered metadata; but it's not a heading; we could keep as a short paragraph? It's minor metadata; we can fold into a short
or drop. Probably drop. We need to preserve all substantive information: Position Summary, Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions list), Qualifications (Education and Work Experience Requirements), Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required, Working Environment, Physical Demands, What's in it for You (Financial Wellbeing, Compensation, benefits). Also maybe "Other duties as assigned" is part of responsibilities. We need to format lists with
- . For prose use
. Use
for section headings. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe Position Summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Working Environment, Physical Demands, Benefits (or What's in it for You includes compensation and benefits). Pay: we have compensation $30.00-$32.50 / hour, commensurate with experience. The instruction says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does state compensation range and mentions benefits. So we can include a Pay section? It says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine Pay and Benefits into a "Compensation and Benefits" section. But the instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It suggests we could have separate Pay and Benefits if present. Since we have both compensation and benefits, we could have Pay and Benefits sections. However, the compensation line includes "commensurate with experience" which is filler? It's not exactly filler; it's a phrase indicating depends on experience. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). That means if we create a Pay section, we must not have just that phrase as content; we need actual numbers. We have "$30.00-$32.50 / hour". That's actual numbers, plus "commensurate with experience". The phrase "commensurate with experience" is filler but we still have actual range. It's okay to include both? Probably okay to keep the range and note that it's commensurate with experience. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text; but if we have additional substantive content besides the filler, it's okay. So we can have Pay section with the range and note. Benefits: we have many benefits listed: 401(k) with company match & ESPP, Flexible spending account, Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Diabetes Management, Telehealth Coverage, Prescription Drug Plan, Pet Insurance, Weight Management Drug Discount, Discounted National Gym Membership Network, Employee Assistance Program, Short and long-term disability, life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment, Voluntary life insurance, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity coverage, Emergency Travel Assistance Program, Group legal plan. Also maybe "Competitive pay with ongoing performance review and merit increase". That's more compensation. We could combine Pay and Benefits into one "Compensation and Benefits" section to avoid thin sections. But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having separate Pay and Benefits might be thin but still substantive. However, we have a lot of benefits; Benefits section would be substantive. Pay section would be just compensation range and maybe performance review line; that's thin but still substantive. Could be okay. Alternatively, we could have a single "What's in it for You" section as heading? But the instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. We could use "Compensation and Benefits" as a heading, which is not in the list but still a heading; but the instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings when applicable. So we should use Benefits and Pay headings if we have content. Thus we will have sections: About the role (Position Summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (maybe combine Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required as Skills), Working Environment, Physical Demands, Pay, Benefits. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Now extract content. Position Summary: "Responsible for working within a team to perform required system inspections on utility PV power plants. Perform mechanical/electrical inspections and commissioning testing. Document all inspections, observations, and test results. Communicate inspections, observations, and test results with Commissioning CM/GF. Document and assist with PV system troubleshooting and corrective actions." That's the summary. Responsibilities: list of Essential Job Functions: - Assist with the inspection and testing of PV plants to specifications and contract documents - Complete all commissioning documentation during inspection - Document all outstanding issues and deliver all documentation in a neat and orderly manner for review by the General Foreman and Commissioning Manager - Perform LOTO duties as outlined by the company and site-specific policies - Perform field test data entry as needed - Perform final visual and mechanical inspections on equipment before energization date - Support third party testing and inspections. Ensure calibration is up to date. Report any missing or broken tools to CM/GF and inform CM/GF when consumable supplies are low - Care for and maintain all issued PPE in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications - Work together and take lead of other Techs ensuring quality of work and adherence to all safety procedures - Other duties as assigned We need to put each as

Working Environment: prose: "The work environment at the jobsite involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions This work environment may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud noises."
Note there is a missing period between precautions and This; we can keep as is.
Physical Demands: "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the Essential Functions."
That's it.
Pay: "Compensation $30.00-$32.50 / hour, commensurate with experienceCompetitive pay with ongoing performance review and merit increase"
We need to separate: maybe "Compensation: $30.00-$32.50 per hour, commensurate with experience. Competitive pay with ongoing performance review and merit increase."

We could combine some lines.
Now produce HTML.
We must not include any boilerplate like EEO etc.
We'll output:
