Commissioning Tech II
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map: Position Summary -> About the role. Responsibilities -> Responsibilities. Qualifications -> Qualifications (maybe split into Education and Work Experience Requirements and Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required). Could combine under Qualifications. Benefits: The posting includes "What's in it for You" with compensation and benefits. So we need Pay and Benefits sections. Pay: they have "$30.00-$32.50 / hour, commensurate with experience". However we must not include Pay section if content is just "commensurate with experience" or placeholder. The instruction: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". So we cannot have a Pay section that only says that. But we have actual range $30.00-$32.50/hour plus note "commensurate with experience". The phrase "commensurate with experience" is filler but we also have actual numbers. Should we include Pay section with the range? The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. It doesn't say we cannot include if there is also real numbers. Likely we can include Pay section with the range and note. But we need to avoid just filler. We'll include the range.
Benefits: they list many benefits: 401(k) with company match & ESPP, Flexible spending account, Medical/Dental/Vision, Diabetes Management, Telehealth, Prescription Drug Plan, Pet Insurance, Weight Management Drug Discount, Discounted National Gym Membership Network, Employee Assistance Program, Short and long-term disability, life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment, Voluntary life insurance, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity coverage, Emergency Travel Assistance Program, Group legal plan. Also mention pre-employment screening etc but that's not benefit. So we can include Benefits section.
Schedule: not mentioned, so omit.
We also need to include any metadata like Job ID etc folded into short p or drop. There's none visible.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, scam warning, accessibility, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the Position Summary paragraph, Responsibilities list, Qualifications (education/work experience, knowledge/skills/abilities), Working Environment maybe as a paragraph under a heading? Not in the list of allowed headings but we could include as a paragraph under a generic heading? The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use h3 for those section headings. Probably we should stick to those headings only. Working Environment could be included under About the role or as a paragraph without heading? Might be better to include as a paragraph under About the role? But it's separate. Could create a heading "Working Environment" but not in the list; maybe it's okay as it's still a section heading. The instruction says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exclusive. So we can use other headings as needed, but better to follow examples. However we can include Working Environment as a paragraph without heading? Might lose structure. I'd include a heading "Working Environment" as h3.
Physical Demands also could be included under Working Environment or separate.
