Commission Analyst - Remote (Georgia)

About the role

This position will be responsible for analyzing commission data, auditing, and supporting external team members.

Responsibilities

• Validate and audit monthly commission data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Reconcile processing errors and resolutions of advanced commission processing items
• Serve as point of contact for answering and resolving commission related inquiries for assigned office
• Assist with planning, evaluating, and improving the efficiency for the format and import process, to enhance speed and quality
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or business-related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of payment processing experience
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for monitoring commission data and resolving commission issues
• Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, determine appropriate solutions and resolve sensitive problems
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail; able to look outside the box to see how items coordinate or link together
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Well organized with strength in prioritizing

Pay

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
