Commission Analyst

The Commission Analyst will support a critical sales compensation function within a fast-growing cybersecurity organization. Key responsibilities include:

1. Maintain reliable sales incentive compensation processes
2. Support reporting activities
3. Resolve commission-related inquiries
4. Administer daily commission operations through incentive compensation platforms
5. Review, investigate, and resolve commission inquiries
6. Perform monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc commission calculations, validations, reconciliations, and payroll submissions
7. Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities
8. Identify opportunities to enhance commission workflows, documentation, and reporting practices
9. Use analytical tools and responsible AI applications to improve research, modeling, and routine communication

Requirements

• Experience in sales incentive compensation, finance operations, or related analytical roles
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex processes in a remote environment
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
• Willingness to continue learning compensation technologies, processes, and best practices
