Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor the commercial truck sales department’s performance
- Travel to Florida locations weekly
- Promote an “Exceptional Customer Service” culture and strong work habits
- Hire, train, mentor, and manage sales team members
- Oversee and properly appraise commercial inventory
- Own and drive the sales process for the department
- Set, track, and achieve departmental sales and profit goals
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- A valid driver’s license
- 5+ years of commercial sales experience
- 2+ years of dealership management experience
- Proven internet sales performance metrics
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Pay
Base salary: $100,000+ commission/bonuses
Schedule
Full-time, dealership-based (on-site) with travel to 4 locations (Ft. Lauderdale, Ft. Pierce, Naples & Riviera Beach)
