Commercialization Marketing Manager, Cooper Lighting Solutions

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercialization Marketing Manager in Peachtree City, GA, or Atlanta, GA, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting. • Lead and support all elements of commercialization marketing for the Stock business of indoor and outdoor lighting solutions.
• Understand target verticals and customer types and help develop the optimal marketing mix to reach those customer personas.
• Develop unique value propositions and clear messaging frameworks that differentiate our products.
• Help develop the strategy and lead the implementation of sales enablement tools and marketing materials for channel partners to effectively articulate the value propositions of products and solutions.
• Partner with the Demand Generation team to design marketing campaigns targeted to specific channel partners, market segments, and customer types to create awareness and produce lead generation.
• Establish and review KPIs/metrics for all commercialization activities to ensure ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of work experience in marketing tangible products.
• Experience leading projects and team meetings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with various cross-functional teams within the organization.
• AI experience a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Pay

Salary: $93,000 - $136,000 based on experience.

Bonus: Target bonus opportunity of 10%.
