Commercial Trucking Rental Agent [505]

Job Responsibilities

• Customer interaction (in-person, email, phone, etc.)
• Going out on sales calls and meeting potential clients
• Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order, report any issues found
• Fleet Management and Inventory
• Billing
• Open/Close Rental Agreements
• Daily rental check in/out
• Generate reports
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles
• Fuel island inspections
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Work with Sales team within the company.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in transportation rental and leasing required
• Strong data entry skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Micrsoft Excel experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Requires ability to get in & out of commercial trucks
• Ability to work independently, organizational skills, and a positive attitude are required
• Ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment

Compensation

$22.00- $24.00 per hour depending on experience.
Incentive and Commission pay.
