About the role

You will provide strategic legal support for complex commercial operations within an international and dynamic environment. Your responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, providing strategic legal guidance on commercial risks, and supporting corporate transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent qualification).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial transactions, corporate law, or a related legal field.
• Strong knowledge of Australian contract law, commercial regulations, and business practices.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a wide variety of commercial agreements.
• Able to assess legal risks and provide practical, business-focused recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams and business stakeholders.
