Commercial SVC Tire Technician

About the Role

Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking skilled tire technicians to repair and maintain tire and wheel-related needs for heavy-duty trucks and trailers. We are hiring for multiple locations and value motivated individuals who demonstrate the skills, drive, and commitment to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, and repair various commercial tires
• Perform tire service on diesel and gasoline-powered trucks and equipment
• Monitor and maintain equipment, inventory levels, and workspace cleanliness
• Coordinate with Service Manager on job status and completion of paperwork

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a clean driving record
• Valid Driver's License and must be insurable to drive by company standards
• 1+ years of tire experience (strong preference for commercial and heavy-duty tire)
• High School Diploma or GED

Skills and Abilities

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate service equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
• Ability to work a rotating, on-call schedule, including nights and weekend shifts
• Pass background check and drug screen
