About the Opportunity:The Commercial Strategy & Analytics Manager is responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that drive profitable growth. This role delivers advanced business analytics and leads cross-functional initiatives to improve revenue, margins, customer satisfaction, and competitive positioning. It acts as a trusted advisor across multiple departments, transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. 3. Responsibilities:Develop commercial growth strategies, market-entry plans, and account expansion initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.Lead market, customer, competitor, and financial analyses to identify growth opportunities and pricing optimizations.Create executive dashboards, KPIs, forecasting models, and business performance reviews using BI and financial tools.Partner with Sales on pricing strategies, customer proposals, contract business cases, and commercial negotiations.Support Quarterly Business Reviews, executive steering committees, and Board-level presentations through data-driven storytelling.Lead cross-functional commercial programs coordinating Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Engineering, and Sales.Monitor revenue, margin, pipeline health, backlog, inventory exposure, and profitability; recommend corrective actions.Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes, governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks.Develop ROI models, scenario analyses, and investment recommendations for strategic initiatives.Mentor team members and influence stakeholders without direct authority. 4. Requirements:7–10+ years in commercial strategy, corporate strategy, finance, business analytics, consulting, or customer business management.Experience supporting enterprise technology, manufacturing, cloud, AI infrastructure, or supply chain businesses.Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.Bachelor''s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.Proficiency in strategic planning, financial modeling, pricing analytics, forecasting, and profitability analysis.Strong skills in PowerPoint storytelling, executive communication, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization.Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, AI infrastructure, hyperscalers, and technology services ecosystems.Program management capabilities. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Annual salary - $123,000 to $169,000.The salary range may vary based on job duties, candidate credentials, experience, or geographic location.
