Audits Purchased Participation Loans

• Ensures alignment with lead institution
• Researches discrepancies on sold participation loans
• Requests money from participants for advances

Processes Wires Daily

• Processes wires daily

Assesses Annual Loan Fees

• Understands third party software used for dealer floor plan processing
• Finds ways to use for better efficiency
• Sends customer notification of fees
• Collections and posts fees

Distributes Reports

• Distributes daily and monthly Dealer Floor Plan and warehouse lending reports

Maintains Serviced Loan Transactions

• Monitors serviced loan transactions
• Notifies the customer of returned payments
• Processes serviced loans monthly payments through online banking access

Maintains Interest Rates

• Maintains interest rates for both warehouse and dealer floor plan loans

Swap Loan Processing

• Ensures coordinating payment/rate/accrual information with Bank’s Treasury Department
• Analyzes Swap loan issues and corrects errors
• Assists with training and guidance to team members
• Assists in the development and implementation of operational plans
• Collaborates with peers and leaders
• Pursues areas of improvement

Performs Work Within Service Level Expectations

• Performs daily work as defined accurately
• Recommends to leadership about possible changes to processing

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Associates degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years in banking, preferably in loans or operations required
