About the role

We’re looking for a Commercial Solutions Executive to lead strategic, customer-facing deal engagements focused on NetApp’s Enterprise Agreement portfolio (EA Full Portfolio, EA Express, EA Flex).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with account teams to identify and drive enterprise agreement (EAs) opportunities, shaping deals from first engagement through close.
  • Lead executive-level conversations (CIO, CFO, Procurement) focused on business value, ROI, and outcomes.
  • Own commercial strategy, pricing, and deal structuring.
  • Position the right EA construct (Full Portfolio, Express, Flex) based on customer needs.
  • Drive complex negotiations and proactively shape their outcomes by anticipating competitive, financial, and contractual pressures.
  • Act as the commercial quarterback, aligning internal and external stakeholders toward a cohesive deal outcome.

Requirements

Experience in enterprise software sales, deal strategy, or commercial negotiations
Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and close complex, multi-year agreements
Strong value selling skills – connecting technology to financial and business impact
Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders

Qualifications

At least 8 years of relevant experience
Deal leaders who want more ownership and visibility
Commercial experts ready to operate at executive altitude
Sellers who prefer high-impact negotiations over transactional volume

Benefits

Compensation range: $253,300 - $327,800 USD
Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, retirement/pension plans, paid time off, leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s)

Pay

The target salary range for this position is $253,300 - $327,800 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range.
