What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the relocation process.
- Build strong customer relationships through timely, professional, and proactive communication.
- Guide customers through each phase of their move and address questions or concerns.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Cook up all aspects of client scheduling throughout the relocation process, providing exceptional customer service and keeping all parties informed of key dates and updates.
- Schedule and oversee third-party services with approved vendors.
- Enter and manage move orders accurately within company systems.
- Communicate critical move details to all parties to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate customer files and job documentation.
- Ensure all required paperwork and customer authorizations are completed and submitted.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Aid in issue resolution by collaborating with operations and management.

- Familiarity with project management or move management software.
- Knowledge of commercial relocation services and industry best practices.
