The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. Let me analyze the content and apply the rules. Rules: - Use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) - Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose - Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) - Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it - Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail - Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions - Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") - Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them - Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones - Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Now, let's parse the job posting: The posting includes: - A brief intro paragraph about the role (under minimal supervision, performs diagnostic and service work on commercial rooftop HVAC equipment, communicates with customers, works under Field Supervisor/Manager) - Location address: 1952 Belgrade Ave, Charleston, SC 29407 - "Why You Should Join the Service Experts Team?" - a paragraph about team, training, support, growth - "Service Experts Company Perks And Benefits For YOU" - a list of benefits (top pay, PTO, paid days off, advancement, insurance, phone/tablet/uniform/tool replacement, training academy, 401k, life insurance, disability, supplemental benefits) - "Key Responsibilities" - a list of duties - "Desired Skills And Qualifications" - a list of qualifications/skills - "Minimum Experience: 2+ years" - "Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED" - EEO statement (boilerplate, remove) - Disclaimer about job description not being complete (boilerplate, remove) - Accessibility accommodation info (boilerplate, remove) I need to create sections with appropriate headings. The user suggests headings like "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". I should only include sections that have real content. Let's map: 1. About the role: The introductory paragraph describes the role. Could be "About the role" or "Overview". I'll use "About the role" as heading. 2. Location: The address is given. Could be a short paragraph under "About the role" or separate. Since it's minor metadata, I can fold into a short

maybe under "About the role" or a separate "Location" heading? The rules say do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings, but location is not a job ID. However, the user didn't list "Location" as a suggested heading. I could include it as a paragraph in "About the role" or create a "Location" heading? The rules say use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Location is not in that list, but it's a common section. However, the rule says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The location is specific. I'll include a "Location" heading? But the user didn't list it. I think it's okay to include a "Location" heading if it's substantive. But the rule says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe fold location into a paragraph in "About the role". I'll do that. 3. Benefits: The "Service Experts Company Perks And Benefits For YOU" is a list of benefits. That's a clear Benefits section. 4. Responsibilities: "Key Responsibilities" list. 5. Qualifications/Skills: "Desired Skills And Qualifications" list. Also "Minimum Experience" and "Minimum Education". Could combine into "Qualifications" or "Requirements". The user suggests "Requirements" and "Qualifications" and "Skills". I'll create a "Qualifications" section that includes the list and the minimum experience/education. 6. Pay: The posting mentions "Top Pay for Top Performers, including incentive and bonus opportunities (depending on the position)". That's a pay mention but not specific. The rule says never create Pay section unless the posting actually states them. It does state something about pay, but it's vague. However, it's a benefit-like statement. I could include it in Benefits or create a Pay section. Since it's part of the benefits list, I'll keep it in Benefits. 7. Schedule: The posting mentions "Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed." That's a schedule requirement. Could be in Qualifications or a separate Schedule section. The rule says never create Schedule section unless the posting actually states them. It does state schedule expectations. I could include a "Schedule" section with that info. But it's a single line. Might be better to include in Qualifications. Let's decide on sections: - About the role (intro paragraph + location) - Benefits (list of perks) - Responsibilities (list) - Qualifications (list of skills/qualifications + minimum experience/education) That's four substantive sections. Now, I need to output HTML fragment with

    headings and
    • for lists,

for prose. I'll write the HTML accordingly. Note: Remove EEO, disclaimer, accommodation boilerplate. Also, the "Why You Should Join the Service Experts Team?" paragraph is promotional but substantive about company culture. Could be part of "About the role" or a separate "Why Join Us" section. The user didn't list that heading. I'll include it as a paragraph under "About the role" or maybe a separate "Company Overview" but not required. I'll include it as a paragraph in "About the role". Let's structure:
