Commercial Service Manager / Dispatcher

Boulevard Tire Center, serving Florida since 1968, is seeking a top-notch Service Manager / Dispatcher for our Miami, FL location. You’ll have access to a full line of commercial tires for trucks and farm/industrial equipment, along with a comprehensive array of commercial, passenger, and light truck services.

Responsibilities

• Handle service calls and properly log them on the dispatch sheet.
• Manage phone sales and walk-in customers.
• Create work orders for all merchandise related to service calls or deliveries, ensuring items are pulled from the warehouse and work orders are generated.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, including working Saturdays when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Possess a valid Florida driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Skills

• Considerable knowledge of pneumatic tools, equipment, and methods used in the tire service industry.
• Working knowledge of diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems, including brakes, suspensions, CV axles, tire balancing, oil changes, belts, hoses, starters, and alternators.
• Strong service sales and customer service skills.
