Key Responsibilities

  • Possess and develop new commercial accounts
  • Conduct on-site assessments and recommend security/life safety solutions
  • Prepare proposals, bids, and present solutions to decision-makers
  • Build long-term customer relationships and referral sources
  • Represent the company in local networking groups and community organizations

Ideal Background

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience
  • Security, alarm, fire systems, low-voltage, or related B2B sales background
  • Strong self-starter / hunter mentality
  • Comfortable learning technical products and explaining solutions professionally

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $55K - $75K
  • On-target earnings: $125K - $150K+
