Key Responsibilities
- Possess and develop new commercial accounts
- Conduct on-site assessments and recommend security/life safety solutions
- Prepare proposals, bids, and present solutions to decision-makers
- Build long-term customer relationships and referral sources
- Represent the company in local networking groups and community organizations
Ideal Background
- 2+ years of outside sales experience
- Security, alarm, fire systems, low-voltage, or related B2B sales background
- Strong self-starter / hunter mentality
- Comfortable learning technical products and explaining solutions professionally
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $55K - $75K
- On-target earnings: $125K - $150K+
