What You’ll Do
- Own the Territory: Build a robust pipeline of commercial prospects across NYC’s boroughs and Westchester County.
- Inspect & Consult: Walk commercial facilities to identify risk areas, design custom pest prevention programs, and pitch high-value service contracts.
- Close Corporate Deals: Navigate gatekeepers and build relationships with facilities directors, property management executives, and business owners.
- Crush Quotas: Consistently meet and exceed monthly new business recurring revenue goals.
What We’re Looking For
- The Track Record: 2–5 years of quota-crushing B2B outside sales experience (bonus points if you already have connections in local property management).
- The Grittiness: A self-starter who treats their territory like their own business. You aren't afraid of a "no" and you don't stop until you get a "yes."
- The logistics: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. You must be comfortable navigating both the streets of Manhattan and the office parks of Westchester.
The Pay & Perks
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 (Based on experience)
- Uncapped Commissions: Real path to $130,000+ On-Target Earnings (OTE) in Year 1.
- The Heavy Lifters: Company vehicle, gas card, and a fully covered toll/parking budget (no paying out of pocket for NYC driving!).
