Commercial Sales Professional

Bug Zero is hiring an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our Springfield team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated salesperson to take ownership of your territory with significant room to grow. You'll work with local businesses to identify pest risks, recommend solutions, and build long-term customer relationships. You bring the sales skills. We'll teach you the pest management industry.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new commercial customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and relationship building
• Meet with business owners, managers, and other decision-makers
• Conduct on-site inspections to identify pest risks and customer needs
• Develop and present customized pest management solutions
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing
• Build long-term customer and referral relationships
• Represent Bug Zero professionally in the local business community

Requirements

• Previous successful sales experience, preferably in a service industry
• Proven prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Comfortable generating your own new business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Friendly, professional, and confident
• Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Stable work history
• Valid Missouri driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening

Pay

• $35,100 guaranteed base salary ($675/week)
• Uncapped commission
• Realistic first-year earnings of $60,000+
