Role Overview The Family Service Counselor is responsible for assisting client families by making cemetery arrangements at need and selling pre-need plans. They serve as the primary contact for families, providing personalized service, building trust, and ensuring satisfaction. The role pays at least $15 per hour for all hours worked.
