About the role
This role is 100% on-site M-F, and you must live within an easily commutable distance from the intersection of I-35 / 45 in North Austin / Round Rock.
Responsibilities
- Taking the client's different service offerings to market
- Upselling and maximizing existing customers
- Breaking into new revenue streams
Requirements
- A good understanding of some of the following: Commercial HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Industrial, and Mission-Critical Facility Service
- Customer-focused and comfortable managing longer sales cycles
- Prospector and closer at heart
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate with 5-10 years in commercial HVAC, mechanical, building systems, or facility services sales (Open to the right person with less experience)

Benefits
The position is salaried with generous commission. OTE is $140,000 - $200,000.
