About the role

Everest Snow Management is seeking a driven commercial sales executive to help expand our presence throughout the Chicagoland market. This is a hunter role focused on generating new business, building relationships with commercial property managers, facility managers, and business owners while closing high-value snow contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and build relationships with commercial property managers, facility managers, and business owners
  • Close high-value snow contracts
  • Earn $25,000 for every $1 million in new business sold
  • Earn $25,000 for every $1 million in business retained
  • Opportunity to earn up to $125,000 - $225,000+ annually based on performance

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in commercial sales
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in snow management or related field preferred

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Benefits
