About the role
Everest Snow Management is seeking a driven commercial sales executive to help expand our presence throughout the Chicagoland market. This is a hunter role focused on generating new business, building relationships with commercial property managers, facility managers, and business owners while closing high-value snow contracts.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business and build relationships with commercial property managers, facility managers, and business owners
- Close high-value snow contracts
- Earn $25,000 for every $1 million in new business sold
- Earn $25,000 for every $1 million in business retained
- Opportunity to earn up to $125,000 - $225,000+ annually based on performance
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in commercial sales
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in snow management or related field preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
