Job Summary
Bratt Tree is seeking a motivated and experienced arborist to lead its commercial tree care program. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value commercial clients.Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Program Development: Work with the Sales Manager to expand the commercial client base.
- Relationship Management: Identify, initiate, and develop new relationships with key commercial contacts, including Landscapers, Builders/Remodelers, building owners, Homeowners Associations (HOAs), and other commercial accounts.
- Dedicated Point of Contact: Serve as the primary, dedicated contact for all commercial clients, ensuring streamlined communication and service.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of specific existing commercial accounts, ensuring their needs are met and services are renewed.
- Arboricultural Sales: Assess client properties and sell comprehensive solutions, including tree removal, expert pruning, and Plant Health Care (PHC) programs.
- Service & Site Management: Maintain detailed notes and maps of each client's property to provide a top-level, low-friction service experience.
- Internal Collaboration: Develop strong working relationships with the residential sales team and internal operations staff to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Required: Minimum of two (2) years of professional arborist experience.
- Required: Strong knowledge of tree identification, pruning standards, removal techniques, and common plant health care issues.
- PREFERRED: ISA Certified Arborist credential (or the ability to obtain one).
- No sales experience is necessary. Training will be provided for the sales aspect of the role.
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
