Commercial Sales Account Manager

Primary Responsibilities

  • Selling new and used vehicles, both inside and outside sales
  • Affords customers in selecting/ordering trucks and components tailored to their business needs
  • Identifies and pursues new and existing prospects through phone calls and direct outreach to businesses
  • Follows up with and provides ongoing service to existing customers
  • Maintains a customer/prospect list using the company’s CRM system and meets monthly sales targets
  • Maintains a professional appearance and attends manager meetings as needed
  • Completes regular product training to enhance knowledge of truck performance and applications
  • Appraises used trucks as necessary

Qualifications

  • A team player with a focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Self-motivated with strong computer proficiency
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
  • Possession of a valid in-state driver’s license
