Role: Commercial Roofing Foreman Responsibilities Lead and coordinate roofing crews on commercial installation, reroofing, maintenance, and repair projectsRead and interpret plans to ensure accurate execution of workMaintain high standards of craftsmanship and quality controlEnforce strict safety standards and protocols on-siteTrain, mentor, and supervise crew members to foster skill developmentCommunicate effectively with project managers to ensure project progress and issues are addressed Qualifications & Skills Experience in commercial roofing and project leadershipStrong understanding of roofing systems and construction plansLeadership skills to train and mentor team membersCommitment to safety and quality standardsExcellent communication and teamwork abilities Key Duties: Oversee large-scale roofing projects, ensure safety compliance, deliver quality craftsmanship, and support team development, with opportunities for advancement into supervisory or project management roles.
