Commercial Roofing Supervisor

Bone Dry Roofing is a trusted leader in the roofing, gutter, and masonry repair and replacement industry. Founded in 1989, we have been serving our customers with a commitment to excellence and top-notch service. We are now seeking a motivated Commercial Roofing Supervisor to join our growing family.
Responsibilities
- Lead crews, drive production, and ensure every commercial roofing project is completed safely, efficiently, and with outstanding quality.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
- Serve as a trusted resource for customers and management by maintaining proactive communication and delivering exceptional customer service throughout each project.
- Manage performance through coaching, accountability, and team development.
Requirements
- At least two years of commercial roofing experience.
- One to two years of leadership experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- A strong understanding of low-slope roofing systems.
Qualifications
- A confident leader with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to manage field teams, handle multiple priorities, solve job site challenges, and maintain high standards of safety and workmanship.
- Occasional lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.

- Compensation range of $25-30/hr depending on experience.
