Commercial Roofing Superintendent

About the Role
We're partnering with an established commercial roofing contractor that has built a strong reputation over decades by delivering quality work, investing in its people, and earning repeat business. This is a true leadership position where your decisions make an immediate impact every day. You'll oversee multiple commercial roofing projects from start to finish while leading approximately 3-4 field crews.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with company leadership to keep projects on schedule
- Coordinate crews and subcontractors
- Maintain high quality standards
- Ensure jobsite safety
- Support foremen in the field
- Solve problems before they become delays
- Help identify and develop great field talent
Requirements
We're searching for someone who already understands commercial roofing operations. Ideal candidates might currently be a:
- Roofing Superintendent
- Senior Roofing Foreman
- Roofing Project Manager
- Commercial Construction Superintendent
- Field Operations Manager
Commercial Roofing Experience Is Strongly Preferred. If your background is primarily residential roofing but you've successfully led crews, managed projects, and have exceptional leadership ability, we'd still like to hear from you.
Pay
Base Salary: $85,000-$100,000 with a performance-based bonus opportunity.
