Commercial Roofing Sheet Metal Worker
Responsibilities
- Fabricate, install, and repair sheet metal components for commercial roofing projects.
- Install flashing, coping, edge metal, gutters, downspouts, and related roofing sheet metal.
- Read and interpret measurements, drawings, and project specifications.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Work safely and productively as part of a commercial roofing team.
- Perform work according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Safely work at heights and climb ladders.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of sheet metal, roofing, or construction experience preferred.
- Commercial roofing sheet metal experience is a plus.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license.
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
