Description Empire Roofing, A Tecta America Company, has grown significantly over the years, thanks in large part to its commitment to quality and word-of-mouth promotion. It has expanded to multiple locations and was recently acquired by Tecta America Corporation, one of the largest roofing contractors in the United States. We are searching for a Commercial Roofing Sheet Metal Mechanic in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for fabrication and installation of all sheet metal on various commercial roof systems.
• Work with the roofing crew to complete all aspects of assigned job including tear-off of existing gutters and coping cap, installations, and other tasks assigned.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience
• Must have experience in sheet metal installation
• Must be able to fabricate metal
• Must be capable of filling out daily reports
• Bilingual is a huge plus
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must be respectful and diligent

Working Conditions

• Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
• Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting, etc.
• Travel: Mostly local to Atlanta. Occasional travel
