Sheet Metal Roofing (Commercial) Experienced

Responsibilities

• Installing standing seam roofing systems, coping, gutters, downspouts, drip edge, metal panels, and related accessories
• Measuring, cutting, and fitting sheet metal materials accurately
• Reading and understanding metal diagrams and project layouts
• Identifying roofing materials and understanding their applications
• Assisting with material loading, unloading, and job site setup
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Operating hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Following OSHA, SMACNA, manufacturer, and company safety standards
• Providing leadership, guidance, and positive reinforcement to apprentices and team members

Requirements

• 2–5 years of sheet metal or metal roofing experience
• Basic knowledge of metal roofing installation and production processes
• Able to read a tape measure accurately
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds and work at heights without restrictions
• Able to climb ladders and work safely in various weather conditions
• Basic math, problem-solving, reading, and writing skills
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
