Commercial Roofing Service Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and grow our commercial roofing service operations in the greater Omaha, NE market. This is a leadership role for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service and maintenance operations for commercial roofing customers
• Manage and support Service Technicians, Foremen, and field personnel
• Oversee scheduling, dispatching, inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
• Prepare repair proposals and support service sales growth
• Monitor job profitability, productivity, and operational performance
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience managing commercial roofing service operations
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing service, maintenance, leak response, and repair work
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, dispatching, and operational oversight
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Commercial construction or reroofing experience is a plus, but this role is primarily service and maintenance focused
