We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and grow our commercial roofing service operations in the greater Omaha, NE market. This is a leadership role for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and team performance. What You'll Do Lead daily service and maintenance operations for commercial roofing customersManage and support Service Technicians, Foremen, and field personnelOversee scheduling, dispatching, inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance programsBuild strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service deliveryPrepare repair proposals and support service sales growthMonitor job profitability, productivity, and operational performanceMaintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For Proven experience managing commercial roofing service operationsStrong understanding of commercial roofing service, maintenance, leak response, and repair workAbility to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExceptional customer service and relationship management skillsExperience with estimating, scheduling, dispatching, and operational oversightStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesCommercial construction or reroofing experience is a plus, but this role is primarily service and maintenance focused Why Join Nations Roof?
