Commercial Roofing Service Manager
What You'll Do
- Lead daily service and maintenance operations for commercial roofing customers
- Manage and support Service Technicians, Foremen, and field personnel
- Oversee scheduling, dispatching, inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Prepare repair proposals and support service sales growth
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing commercial roofing service operations
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing service, maintenance, leak response, and repair work
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills
- Experience with estimating, scheduling, dispatching, and operational oversight
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Commercial construction or reroofing experience is a plus, but this role is primarily service and maintenance focused
