Your Duties
- Manage your territory and expand
- Create and maintain relationships by calling and meeting with facilities directors, building owners, and purchasing directors
- Maintain contact with current customers
- Make connections with customers by visiting facilities to assess service needs and offer tailored solutions
- Get on roofs to conduct thorough inspections and spot opportunities to give winning, professional and detailed quotes for service needs
- Stay organized and keep up to date information on contacts and operations in our management system
- Thrive in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced environment
- Support regional sales efforts
- Keep track of all sales communication as well as provide insights on any lost business to help us keep improving
What You Bring
- A high school diploma and at least 3 years of sales experience, roofing experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a self-motivated, proactive attitude
- Maintain professionalism
- Organizational skills and a knack for math
