Commercial Roofing Sales Representative

About the role

Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. We deliver projects valued from $500K–$5M across manufacturing, healthcare, industrial, and higher education clients, split roughly between re-roofing, new construction, and service work. We're looking for a Sales Representative ready to learn our services, mission, and industry, and start providing solutions for a large client base — with an extensive training program and an experienced support team behind you.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a pipeline of new commercial roofing and waterproofing opportunities
• Navigate organizations to move deals from inception to close using solution selling
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and technicians to turn opportunities into signed work
• Complete ongoing sales, service, and industry training

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and comfort handling rejection
• Comfort with heights and ladders

Nice to Have

• Commercial roofing application or sales experience
• Public speaking, debate, or prospecting experience
