About the role

The Commercial Roofing Traveling Production Superintendent provides on-site leadership, manages crews, ensures safety compliance, and maintains communication with customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include scheduling, quality control, and technical oversight to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Travel will be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and supervise crews and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for new and reroof projects.
• Maintain communication with clients and project contacts regarding scheduling and progress.
• Verify material deliveries and inventory at job sites.
• Conduct safety oversight and toolbox talks; ensure compliance with company policies.
• Complete project closeout documents and assist with quality control.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial roofing installation experience.
• Knowledge of multiple commercial roofing systems and manufacturers.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Pay

Full-time, salaried position: $75k–$90k (DOE).
