Pay
$29.00 - $40.00 per hour to start (based on experience level).

Responsibilities
- Perform work in accordance with safety guidelines and job specifications
- Lead, motivate, and coach roofing crews on jobs
- Restore, remove, and replace various roof systems
- Maintain professional interaction with all customers and crew members
- Organize, plan, and achieve all goals based on the scope of work
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial roofing experience
- 2+ years of leading a commercial roofing crew
- Extensive knowledge of low-sloped roofing systems
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to work at varying heights and in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel when necessary
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds throughout the day and safely set up a ladder up to 40 feet
- 21 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Florida License Number: CCC048202 (or ability to obtain)
